A feature greenhouse for a newly appointed walled garden

Dominic Palmer, the Head Gardener of a large private estate has an infectious enthusiasm for the greenhouse he works in. After the Alitex greenhouse was built, the shelves were packed full of cuttings and flowers for twelve months a year!

As a steadfast gardener, Dominic prefers greenhouses to feel alive and loved; this was certainly true of his workplace. It had been kitted out with Traditional Benching, either side of the lobby to partition the doors in the central section, as well as creating a U-shaped section in both the left and right areas. This allowed him to carry out his duties with plenty of workspace.

Cold Frames were fitted either side of the lobby along with side vents and Cast Iron Floor Grids built into the flooring for ventilation, as well as to look beautiful.

Dominic’s proudly ensures the greenhouse is presented at its best at all times. In terms of standout features, Dominic is impressed by the high finish, describing it as spectacular. The quality of the design ensures that every visitor thinks the greenhouse is made of wood, rather than aluminium.
